141st Antiaircraft Artillery Gun Battalion (Mobile)

     The following is the official report on the unit history of the 141st AAA Gun Bn, submitted on 12 January 1945 by Lt. Col. F.D. Knapp, battalion CO.  It was reproduced from files at the National Archives and Records Administration and briefly outlines, in military report format, the activity and assignments of the battalion from its activation in July 1943 through the end of 1944.  

     This two page document is posted here as an example of a minimal a unit history, in contrast to the more elaborate bound and published works of other AAA battalions.
